My tracking showed the order as delivered, but nothing ever arrived. I reached out to support and they basically just told me to wait a few more days. I get that delays happen, but marking something as delivered when it clearly wasn’t is frustrating. The tracking definitely needs to be more accurate...

The item did show up working, so I’ll give it that, but the packaging was disappointing. As soon as I saw the box crushed on one side, I just had that gut feeling it wasn’t packed with much care. There was barely any bubble wrap inside, like it had just been tossed in a bag and shipped out. I’m lucky the product didn’t break, but after waiting for it, I really expected better. Not happy with the packaging at all

I still haven’t received my order, and it’s been a lot longer than I expected. I get that shipping delays can happen, and if I wasn’t in a hurry it probably wouldn’t bother me as much, but in this case I needed it sooner and the wait has been frustrating.

I use the aliexpress app often, mostly when I’m just browsing or grabbing random stuff. For basic shopping it does the job, and searching for things is usually easy enough. I also like being able to toss items into my cart and come back later.

What gets annoying is how busy everything feels. There are pop-ups, coins, games, coupons, random buttons, and little banners all over the place. Sometimes I just want to look at a product, but the page takes a while to load or there’s too much going on.

Checkout has been fine for me most of the time, but tracking isn’t always super clear and I end up checking back a bunch. It’s not a bad app, I just wish it was cleaner and less pushy. Anyway, that’s it

I ordered a small gadget from aliexpress, and overall it was close to the listing. The size, color, and main features matched the photos, even the little details like the button placement looked the same, so there weren’t any real surprises when I opened the package.
The only thing I noticed was that the material felt a little lighter and cheaper in hand than it looked in the pictures. It still works fine though, and shipping took a bit, but that’s normal. I’d give it 4 stars since the description was accurate enough.

I spent like 20 minutes adding stuff to my cart because it looked like I had discounts and coins ready to use, then the total jumped right back up at checkout. When I contacted support, I just got the same copy-paste explanation about coupon rules, as if I hadn’t already read them ten times.

I did end up getting my refund, so that part was fine. It just took longer than I thought it would, I want to say it was supposed to be around the 10th or maybe the 12th, but I might be mixing up the dates. Either way, it felt a bit slow, but it got sorted in the end.

As someone who loves hunting for cheap finds, I still use aliexpress and I’ve definitely found some good deals there. But the shipping cost can be frustrating sometimes. You’ll see an item for a super low price, then once delivery gets added, it suddenly doesn’t feel like much of a bargain anymore.

Some sellers are totally reasonable with shipping, while others make you do a double take, so I’ve learned to check every listing carefully before buying. Overall, I don’t think aliexpress is bad, but I do wish the extra fees were a little clearer upfront
